PLEASE ALLOW FOR EXTRA FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING TIMES DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON.

We strive to ship and fulfill orders in a timely manner. Orders will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days after order has been processed. Orders received after 2:00pm EST will process the next business day. Our order processing days are Monday-Thursday. Orders received after 2:00pm on Thursday will be processed the following. Monday.

Returns & Shelf Life

Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the instances of defect product or incorrect product shipped in which photo proof will be requested. If a customer feels product is defected, customer service will contact you and we request you hold the product until that time. If Westminster feels a product or packaging is defected, Westminster will refund with same product.

Shelf Life:

Due to the nature of our product and not containing preservatives, we guarantee to provide a minimum of 90days of remaining shelf life on all product from ship date. We will not accept or refund any product due to shelf life if it date exceeds shelf life of 90 or more days from ship date.
